This was so fun to take Mom's photo!! She is Beautiful!!! Abby is so much help, she really really wanted grandma to use the flower...... that we found on the side of the road, I might add!! ABBY IN GYMNASTICS

THIS PAST MONDAY WAS PARENT OBSERVATION DAY AND MOM AND SHEENA WERE HERE TO COME WATCH!! ABBY WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT. SHE HAS LEARNED A LOT IN THE 3 MONTHS THAT SHE'S BEEN IN IT. I'M EXCITED TO SEE HER PROGRAM IN MAY!!

3 TURKEYS

Last weekend Garrett & Gabrin went hunting for Gabrin's turkey. He got it saturday morning. They took this fine picture of the 3 turkey's after the hunt was over.

Miss USA Pageant

Last week Abby and I watched the Miss USA pageant. I think it's more fun to watch her then the show!! She gets soooo into it!! I had to get my camera out because she was cracking me up. She was so excited about Miss Texas and cheered her little heart out. Poor thing was so tried she fell asleep about 4 minutes before Miss Texas won!!! The next morning that's the first thing she asked me about. Lance had to find picture of Miss Texas with her "crown" on the Internet. Abby wanted to see so bad! I hope she really doesn't decide she wants to be a pageant girl. I don't know what the heck I'm doing and I don't know if she will fall for Stacy's tricks and get her to sing in Spanish!!! LOL Oh the things we do when we don't know any better!!! I sure love ya Stacy, but how in the world did you get me to do some of things I did???

Pinewood Derby

Last night Gage participated in his first pinewood derby. He & Garrett worked hard on preparing his UTAH JAZZ car & at last we were off to the races. This was his first pinewood derby & he had a lot of fun. His car took 3rd & we were really excited with that. He also got several awards & patches that he had been working on earning. Way to go GAGE!!

Vacuum Victory!!

Abby has been scared to death of the vacuum since she was little. It's so bad that she makes me wait until her daddy gets home to vacuum so he could "save her". She sits on his lap and does not move until I put it away. She doesn't like the shop vac either if we are cleaning our vehicles she has always helped until the vacuum comes out and she runs to the house!! Anyhow today I told her that I vacuumed when I was little and that started to calm her fears, I wanted to clean up the front yard. The neighbor is horrible and has spread cigarette butts all over the yard and they have blow to our side as well. It looks horrible, I don't want to touch them nor do I like that Abby picks them up so Lance came up with the idea of using the shop vac. After a few minutes Abby said "Mama I think I can try now" I was SHOCKED!! I let her and then she started cleaning EVERYTHING. We ended up in the garage and she did the car and then started cleaning the concrete floor. I was so proud of her for over coming that fear and I had to have proof for her Daddy. We wanted to share the pictures of Abby's huge victory!! Now we'll see how she does when I vacuum the house tomorrow!! LOL
